Quick 2 loops at Highbanks on the wooded trail early this morning. 31 degrees and a little drizzle, most everything is covered in a little ice. Highbanks makes a good run today since the trail is gravel, there is some traction. The bike path would have been deadly. Felling sluggish, over all. 2600 swim on Monday, 1:45 worth of spinning yesterday but this is the first run since Sunday. I may have a little trouble getting my 35 miles this week.
I'll get over to the gym for some leg work and maybe a "core conditioning" class this evening. Maybe one of these group classes at Lifetime Fitness will make me feel like working out a bit instead of just going through the motions.
Interesting perspective on off-season training.
