Not a total, do nothing, rest day but a day to take it easy on my legs. I made my masters swim workout after missing on Friday and not swimming all weekend. I can't handle swimming with a head cold. I'm noticing that I have have many reasons for not swimming. Maybe that is why I don't excel at it.
Warm up
Ladder Workout 4x[200,150,100,50(EZ)]
Drill - 2 x 50 O/U
Drill - 2 x 50 Hand Sensitivity
Cool Down
Total workout was about 3000.
After another morning of 10 degree weather, I am so ready to go to Tucson. It was supposed to be 91 degrees on Monday.

You must have worked some deal to end your exile from Lane 1. These swim workouts are starting to look pretty substantial.
