Thursday Track

Back at the track on a foggy morning but at least it wasn't cold. GS and Nemo joined me for a short easy ride in the evening

2000 warm up
5 x 400 on 1:20 - 1:25 with 200 recovery
5 x 600 on 2:05 - 2:15 with 200 recovery
2200 cool down
