I moved Tuesday's Intervals to Wednesday. They were BRUTAL! At least I don't weigh as much as last year.

.5 mile cool down
I went for 1 loop at Highbanks in the evening. It was dark and the place was totally covered in snow. It was epic. OK maybe not epic but really interesting. I think I'm going to run HB more in the dark. The park is open until 8:00.
