I did my 10 miler this morning on the treadmill since we had about 6 inches of snow and it was 6 degrees. I would have made a kick-ass hamster. The plan called for 2 x 15 minutes @ marathon tempo, 5 minutes recovery but I was feeling diesel powered and gave a little more.

A few of my Running Club Members know what traveling for work can do to your workout routine. If you get a long-term assignment on the road, you can usually find a running schedule. J-Fo and I had a lot of luck this summer and I know J-Fo and GS had some good runs in D.C. This trip is a quick over nighter and I'm visiting multiple locations. Maybe I can hit the Marriott treadmill early tomorrow. I get to go spend the rest of the night and most of tomorrow in airports, airplanes, and driving all over Chicago. It is no wonder so many sales people are out of shape.
