I'm too tired to say much. The guys and I went for about 22 miles this morning. I'm trying to strike a balance between good running legs and good cycling legs. It is tough for me to have both at the same time. I was pleased with my pace but the other three guys put 8 - 10 minutes on me in the last 10 miles. GS and Nemo have very good running form since they haven't been cycling quite as much. MD seems to be able to do both right now.
This week is going to be a high mileage running week since I have a break from swimming. The next session starts a week from Monday. I'm shooting for 10 miles every morning this week. Right now, I think it is a bad idea.
