I may have set the bar a little high this week. I am planning and hoping to run 10 miles every day this week and then long on the weekend. My legs are still a little sore from the 22 miler yesterday but I gutted out 10 this morning in the predawn hours. GS was kind enough to meet me and keep me honest on day 1 of this adventure. He made sure I showed up and kept me company for the first 3 miles. A few of the miles felt like a heavy weight slug fest. It was a really slow pace. MD and I are meeting at the track in the morning so I have to get through day 2. This was such a good idea after 3 beers. Wednesday morning will be the real test after the ride tomorrow night.
