Tuesday killed my week. After the track and the group ride, I could barely walk on Wednesday. I took the day off from all working out. I’ll need to get acclimated to the increased intensity or dial it back so I can still get some work done the rest of the week. I was still hurting a bit this morning so opted for an afternoon run. I ran 6 miles from Wilson bridge but had heartburn from the Indian food I had at lunch. It wasn’t a quick run but I got moving for a bit.
GS and Nemo made it up for a run on 5:30 am Wednesday. Nemo and MD made a 5:15 am run on Thursday. I slept 9 hours each night. Either I’m lazy or I understand the importance of recovery. I might be a little of both this week.
