Last night's easy ride turned out faster than I wanted. My legs were tired to start the ride and then we pushed about 18 mph on a breezy evening. I feel like I've started every workout partly tired already. That is Ironman training though. I'll be mostly tired for the next 100 days.
This morning's swim was 2800 then I threw in an additional 200 to make it an even 3000. Taking the rest of the day off and starting the Boston Taper.
