On the Track

Track workout this morning was mile repeats. It was great to have all Tri Guys there. MD is making progress from his Injury, Nemo and GS were moving through the miles quite well.

Workout:
20 minute warm up
4 x 100 accelerations with 100 recovery
4 x 1600 on (6:35, 6:45, 6:39, 6:27) with 2:30 recovery between
400 cool down and stretch

The 20 minute warm up was a bitching session. Everyone was a little sore and tired from the recent workouts and let it be known. I think it is to be expected. Once we were warmed up everyone felt better. GS and Nemo out paced me on the miles. MD was doing some 400 repeats since he hasn't been to the track in a while.

I was hoping to get back on the bike this evening or at least to spinning but I'm whipped right now. The next 3 days are going to be epic so I'll just relax a bit this evening. I'm thinking pizza.
