I was still recovering from Saturday so Sunday's 12 miler at Highbanks was tougher than it should have been. 2 loops on the wooded trail and one loop on the Meadow Trail. Nemo joined me. MD is still recovering (wisely) and GS was scheduled to race but ended up scratching it.
