Just Swimming Today

Master's Swimming in the pool. Good workout with some longer sets

300 Warm up
4 x 50 Kick
4 x 50 Pull
Main Set 100/200/300/400/500
4 x 50 Drill

To get a little more, GS and I added this to the end
10x100 on 1:50 (this gave me about 10 sends rest)

3400 yard swim
154 lbs
