So I turned 37 today...that's cool. I like to do a special workout on my birthday but I was just real busy today. My plan was 37 x 100 on 1:50 but that will have to wait until this weekend. Today I got 2500 in the pool with my masters group. I was feeling good and fast. I snuck in a 4 mile run at lunch with MD and Nemo. That's about it though. I'm going to have some pizza and catch come Winter Olympics tonight.
