Mother Nature gave us another beat down this week. I give up. The snow is deep, the temperature is low, the sun is non-existent, and it isn't getting better anytime soon. February is truly the roughest of months.
I'm slowly getting back to running. I continue to ice and stretch daily. Being in town is nice too. It allows for some regularity to my schedule and to get the occasional lunch workout. I'm not quite as fit for running last year at this time but I need to peak later in the year.
One year ago this week was the official kick-off or my Ironman USA training program. It's kinda funny because there is no way in hell I'd be up for starting that this year.
