Tuesday morning was hill repeats. I got dropped a bit by MD and GS but it was my first time back at hill repeats in many months. It felt better than expect until GS told me that it was about 6 minutes slower than last week. Ugh...
Nemo missed the workout, I think he overslept or something. I got a text at 5:32 that said the most common two-word text in the early "I'm out". The most common three-word text is "few mins late" in case you were wondering.
Wednesday was easy from DCRC. I've lived in Dublin for 6 years and still get lost on the Dublin runs. It is so nice to be warm and running in the daylight by 5:45. To the track tomorrow for the first time in a couple months but I'm looking foward to it.

Tuesday: 7 mile run (3 mile warm-up 6 x 400 hills, 3 mile cool-down)
Wednesday: 8 mile run (1:06)
150 - 160 lbs. I'm not brave enough to step on the scale today.
