According to Bart Yasso, if you just do two more of those, at the same pace, you will run a sub 2:50 marathon.
You're really branching out! Cyclocross sounds super cool.
Is there a Fixie in your future, too? I can see you joining that elite cult of urban cyclists who stop wearing helmets and scoff at such things as brakes.
Brakeless Fixie is too funny. That is a good way to get hurt.
