Felt so good after the track on Tuesday morning that I ran again in the evening. 4 miles with 3 @ 6:45. That went so well that I ran an easy 3 in cool morning sunrise Wednesday. Just to make sure I was getting enough, I joined Nemo and MD for 6 miles in the mid day heat on the Sharon Woods Trail Wednesday too. Double Doubles and I don't mean cheeseburgers.

Tempo run update will come this afternoon if I can stay awake. I'm getting all my Garmin data loaded.
