Couldn't run today. My calf injury is some how making my left foot kind of numb. I'm going to take a few days off. If I get too bored, I'll do a little spinning. Not being able to run pisses me off.
I hope the guys had a good run. I bet Nemo ran a step ahead of the other two guys the whole morning. He can only talk on the run when he is looking back over his shoulder. If you run next to him, he speeds up and stops talking.
Next summer, when I get dropped by them on a 15 mile run, it will be because of days like today.
