Carry on

Doc said I could run if it didn't hurt. I like it when the Doc says that. I did a little leg resistance training work this evening and I will run in the morning.

DB's mile splits will be coming as soon as he sends them. It should be funny to look at it. Here is what I got from the race site:

6.1 Mile: 39:54 Pace: 6:33
12 M: 1:21:17 Pace: 6:47
15: 1:39:10 Pace: 6:37
19.3 Mile: 2:15:11 Pace: 7:01

He was moving for while. He thinks he will do a few more longer runs in preparing for Boston.


I did swim this morning. GS is 0 for fall quarter I think.

300 Warm up
2 x 100 kick
3 x 100 pull
4 x 100 on 2:10
50 easy on 1:30
4 x 100 on 2:00
50 easy on 1:30
4 x 100 on 1:55
8 x 25 (fast/slow) on :25/:45 - this is 25 fast and then easy back
300 cool down
