I'm getting bored even writing about the workouts recently. 2.5 hours on the spinning bike and then a 5 mile run. Really, it is as boring as it sounds but there was a little too much snow this morning. We did have a break in the temperature though. It reached 30 degrees early this morning before plummeting back into the 20s. I also did some leg training since I was already at the gym. Really, that's all I have to say about the workout.
I ran into J-Fo at Lifetime todaday. As usual, he was getting totally huge. He was working through his leg routine with biblical vengeance. Did I mention he is a monster in the gym?
