I'm going to take it easy today. If I do anything else today it will be a little spin on the trainer keeping it in Heart Rate 1 for 60 minutes. Mostly just to work on my seat.

50 on 1:00
100 on 2:00
200 on 4:00
300 on 5:30
400 on 8:00
500 on 9:30
50 on 1:00
4 x 100 drill (your choice!)
300 cool down

I thought "rest day" meant that you rested...not swam 3000 meters??
