Winter reared it's ugly head for (hopefully) the last time this spring. A little snow drove me back to the treadmill. I think GS braved the cold but Nemo and I have had enough freezing mornings. The speed work felt surprisingly good considering the hard effort I put in on Sunday.
1 mile warm up
6 x 800 on 3:00 with 2 minute recovery
1 mile cool down
I also did my Master Swimming on Monday for about 2700 yards. The main set was a bunch of 75s. I seem to be a bit faster than last spring. I was finishing between 1:08 and 1:15. Fast is relative of course.
