Red Crank - I switched out the 53 Tooth SRAM Red for a 50 Tooth by FSA. You would think the FSA would be lighter since it is smaller but the SRAM 53T was like a feather. Need to find the SRAM in a 50T!
Rear Derailleur - Something about Ceramic Bearings just sounds smooth.
Love this Base Bar set up.
Full Pic - Stem looks kinda funky. Not Quite as low at the Garmin Boys.
