MD and GS both got some new sneakers. MD got some...I don't know what these are...dancing shoes maybe? Of course I will still try them if it makes him faster. Actually they are the "magical" Newtons. He's been talking about getting a pair for 2 years so I'm glad to see he worked up the courage to try something new. He is hoping to have calves the size of Daredevil's by Easter.
GS got some trail runners for our upcoming New Years trail run. I like the look of these.
Nemo is still thinking about running barefooted. He's become obsessed since reading "Born to Run"
I'm going to stick with the old reliable Mizuno Wave Riders. Because of my crazy sick speed you won't get to see much. To the boys of MRC(am) you'll probably see this as I run away from you.

Don't the mizuno's have a 170lbs weight limit. You might what to step up to the Wave Creations. I think they were made for the clydesdale division. Where did you find a picture of nemo's feet
Have you even worn those Mizuno's yet? The soles look brand new, but I think I remember you saying you bought them two months ago.
