Sunday was a little rough but I managed about 3 easy miles at Highbanks. Today I got ambitious and ran about 40 minutes this morning and an hour this evening. We are having a warm spell and it hit about 50 degrees today. Gotta take advantage of the any warm days. Colder weather will be coming soon.
Just like Mike Vick, my sentence is over. I'm off the travel routine for at least a few weeks. Hope to get a little pool time and some good running.
So here are a couple pics of the re-tooled Airborne. SRAM Force group upgrade is complete and I like the way it looks. I have no idea how it rides and I probably won't have a review until my Tucson trip in March.
Brake Calipers, they look nice and light.

Count them...10 gears. No more switching cassettes every time I change wheels between the TT Bike and Road Bike.

Nothing too interesting here but I'll be moving to Carbon Cranks.

Carbon Levers, should be interesting to learn double tap shifting.

Brake and Shifter cables are now under the tape. I like the look, nice and clean.
