I'm going to try to take it easy for one more week but at least try to run for 3-4 miles every day. It'll probably be mostly treadmill since we're getting a ton of snow here in Michigan. I should return home next week for a while and maybe get back into some good running.
Expect some good updates this weekend and next week. An old friend got a face lift and I got some new sneakers.
Something else interesting...I totally missed the MRC(am)'s 1st Birthday about a week ago. One of the reasons I started writing it was so I could look back over time. The other of course is to publicly crack on my buddies.
About 1 year ago I wrote this post and strangly it is almost exactly like today. Good to see things don't changed.

12/5 Saturday: Mountain Bike; little chilly (28 degrees) but not too bad
12/6 Sunday: Back indoors for Spinning and lifting
12/7 Monday: Short Run 3 miles (23:48)
164 lbs (my 10 lbs of off-season weight is in full effect)

Happy Anniversary! Hope your achilles feels better soon. Is it the same side as the calf that was bothering you last year?
