I got in late Monday night so opted to run Monday afternoon. It was HOT and muggy so I squeezed in 3 easy miles. Wednesday morning was a better. I got 9 miles with 1-2-1-1 miles at tempo. The plan was for those to be at marathon pace but my tempo miles were about 7:15. Not fast enough but considering the situation, I was OK with it. Today I won't get anything done but hopefully I'll get a good run Friday.
