Terrible time at the track last week for 800s. Nemo had to keep me from quitting 4 times. Thanks buddy.

Good Long Run on Sunday with MD. I caught him less than 24 hours after his plane back from India and he was a little sluggish so that was fun. 22 miles with the last few in the low 7:10s
Back at the track this Tuesday for what was supposed to be 3x2000. MD killed it but I came up short. When I saw my mile time on the last interval I bagged it.
Target Interval Time: 7:25 to 7:34
2.5 mile warm up
2000 on 7:45 with 400 recovery
2000 on 7:55 with 400 recovery
1600 on 6:38
2 mile cool down
I ran faster miles in a tempo run 2 weeks ago. I'm tired and ready to taper. Took yesterday off and hit the Lifetime Treadmill this morning for a few quick 400s just to make sure I could still run fast. Nothing crazy, just 5x400 on 1:30 with 400 recovery. My heart was racing...must need more sleep or something.
